- Identification: Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If someone else is picking up, they need ID and proof of authorization (e.g., a signed note or email).
- Loading Assistance: Our staff can help load your vanity, but ensure your vehicle has adequate space (e.g., a truck or van for larger items).
- Inspection: Inspect your vanity for visible damage before leaving. Report any issues to our staff immediately.
- Timeframe: Pick up within 7 days of notification, or we may apply a restocking fee or cancel the order.
