Refund policy
Vanities that are picked up in East Hanover, or delivered locally, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. Inspections should be made on site, before taking or accepting merchandise. For vanities that have been shipped, please follow the below instructions if you receive merchandise that is damaged. In which case, this is the only time Vanities Unlimited merchandise can be exchanged.
Please have a camera ready to support your claim if there is damage. Fragile items (such as tops) should be checked first. You should refuse to accept only the damaged items. Failing to inspect your item immediately, may delay or negate your claim. You should do this while the driver is present. In any case in which the driver is in a rush to leave, please note any visible damage outside of the box on the driver's shipping document. You should contact us immediately to report any damages with your merchandise. Please do not sign without inspections. If you sign without inspecting, you are losing your insurance claim with the freight company and may have to pay freight charges in order to get replacements.
